• Mergers and Acquisitions: Founded an M&A Advisory firm representing Principals in both purchase and sale transactions, as well as structured consulting services to enhance business value.
• Financial Operations: As CFO – designed, implemented and managed nationwide, multi-location financial organizations and operations providing accounting and reporting services and corporate support functions of IT, banking, cash management, internal audit, training and HR.
• Performance Improvement: Led company-wide re-engineering initiatives to better align the financial and administrative organizations, processes and systems with the needs of business units and clients – increasing service, quality and effectiveness while decreasing costs.
• Project Management: Led domestic and international consulting engagements and significant construction management projects – delivered on time, and under budget with Gold LEED Certification.
