Eric Roark is the Founder and CEO of ROARK, a consulting and executive search firm that brings an exceptional level of care to alleviate the stress and frustration involved with complex, high-stakes transactions by connecting Investors, Owners, and Executives with the Accounting and Finance Professionals that amplify results.
Prior to founding ROARK, Eric held Senior Financial Leadership roles for venture capital, private equity backed, publicly traded, and family owned middle market companies. Eric is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California with Attest Accreditation and began his career as an audit professional with Ernst and Young, LLP. Eric’s focus has been to optimize shareholder value by creating reporting systems that provide accurate, timely and relevant information to drive results; develop and execute key initiatives to increase profitability; and advise on strategies to facilitate corporate growth, enable acquisitions and integrations, and enact successful succession plans.
Dedicated to the Accounting and Finance Profession, Recognition of Corporate Excellence, and Education, Eric serves on the Board Financial Executives International, the Treasurer, Executive Committee Member, and Head of the Finance Committee for the Irvine Valley College Foundation, and is on the Board and Executive Committee for the Orange County Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, which recognizes outstanding corporate success.
Eric graduated with high honors from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
