Ron has over 40 years of leadership and business management experience. He has excelled in a variety of senior management positions throughout his business career. Ron has held positions of Controller, CFO, Assistant Division Manager, COO, & CEO. Ron’s passion is helping CEO & Business Owners run better companies.

As the President of REF Inland Empire, Ron assists entrepreneurs and business leaders by facilitating peer advisory groups that keep them abreast of current business trends, improve their quality of life, provide peace of mind, expose them to new ideas and help them achieve better results. Ron brings to this process a wealth of experience in working with senior-level managers, facilitating effective meetings and managing structured processes.

Ron focuses on Inland Southern California (Inland Empire) and currently has several CEO Forum groups, as well as Key Executive groups, including a CFO Group.
