Stephen is an attorney and Senior Counsel with Lester, Cantrell & Kraus, LLP and supports the firm with professional liability, business, and trust & estate litigation. When not litigating, Stephen focuses his career within the fields of business, and trust and estates transactions. Stephen incorporates his litigation experience into his transactional practice by adding invaluable insight when preparing estate plans and business transactions for his clients. While in law school, Stephen externed with the Hon. Catherine E. Bower (Ret.), with the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court, and also obtained an emphasis in tax studies from Fowler School of Law. Stephen now utilizes his broad experience to provide practical solutions with a personable approach for his clients. He enjoys assisting clients with their business transactions, estate plans and the interchange between these two fields of practice.
